Warranty Coverage

At Bosom’d, we are committed to providing high-quality products that prioritize comfort and durability. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions for addressing any issues with your purchases.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to:

  • Stitching defects
  • Hook and eye closures
  • Strap or band defects

What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, stretching, or pilling.
  • Accidental damage, such as tears, stains, or burns.
  • Modifications or alterations made by the customer.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Care Instructions

To ensure your bras remain in the best condition, always follow the care instructions provided on the product label. Improper washing or drying methods may void the warranty.

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue with your product, follow these simple steps to file a warranty claim:

  1. Prepare Your Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have your receipt, order confirmation, or invoice as proof of purchase.

  2. Contact Customer-care: Reach out to us via:

  3. Provide Details: Include the following in your claim:

    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the defect
  4. Ship the Product (If Requested): If requested, return the item to the address provided by our support team. Please ensure the item is clean and properly packaged.

Warranty Resolution

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair: Fix the issue free of charge.
  • Replacement: Send you a new product of the same or similar style and value.
  • Refund: Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

Important Notes

  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
  • Claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
  • Warranty coverage is void if the product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.
