This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of Bosom’d LLC regarding data collected through: 1) the Site owned and operated by Bosom’d LLC that you may be currently accessing (the “Site”), and 2) the mobile application owned and operated by Bosom’d LLC that you may be currently accessing (the “bd App”). Collectively, the Site and bd App are referred to as the “Services.” By providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. When we reference “we,” “us,” or “our,” it applies to either Bosom’d LLC or “bd”. “Services” refers to either the Site or the bd App.

IP Addresses

bd App

Our Bd App may transmit your measurements to a third-party provider with an anonymous ID. This is for the sole purpose of analyzing your body measurements and providing accurate sizing results. We will not share any Personal Information with any provider other than your measurements.

 

Third-Party Sites

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites linked to or from our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by us.

 

Third-Party Advertisers

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit or use our Services. These companies may use your visit information to serve ads that may interest you. In the process, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie in your browser.
